Your Birth Story, Held
A gentle guide to listening beneath the story and reconnecting with your embodied experience.
Birth is an experience that can stay with us long after the moment itself has passed.
Perhaps there are parts of your story you return to often. Moments that still feel unresolved, feelings you haven't quite found words for, or things you sense are waiting to be understood. Perhaps you simply feel drawn to revisit an experience that changed you.
Whatever your birth story holds, there is room for it here.
Your Birth Story, Held is a gentle invitation to slow down, turn toward your experience with curiosity, and begin listening to what may have gone unheard.
Through reflection and simple embodied practices, this guide offers space to explore your story beyond the sequence of events — noticing what lives in your body, what feelings or memories arise, and what might be asking for your attention now.
There is no right way to do this. No particular feeling you need to reach, no story you need to resolve, and no expectation to revisit more than feels right.
Your experience deserves to be witnessed. Your story deserves space.
A little about me
I'm the founder of Snowy Mountain, where I hold space for mothers and birth workers to make sense of lived experience, reconnect with embodied knowing, and deepen their trust in themselves.
Through birth story integration and listening, I offer a space where experiences can be met with presence, curiosity and care — without needing to be fixed, reframed or made into something else.
