Hi! I’m Rosie
I’m an Embodiment Practitioner who supports mothers and birth workers in reorienting to trust—in their bodies, their lived experience, and their own inner knowing.
Through integration work, I help women experience their lives as meaningful and guided, so they can move with clarity, alignment, and aliveness. My work contributes to a world where motherhood and women’s work is honoured, and people feel deeply held—by themselves, their communities, and something greater.
In-person & remote options

“Squamish business beat: The five essentials of postpartum care - Why community is essential for postpartum recovery.”
This interview with reporter Will Johnson was very enjoyable for me. I could see my share really land for him, as a father of young children.
