What to Expect

A space to slow down and come back to what matters.
Through guided mentorship, witnessing, and reflection, this container supports birth workers in reconnecting with the deeper layers of their work—and the unique way they are meant to show up within it.

A small, intimate mentorship space for 4 birth workers who feel called to deepen and refine what they bring to their work.

Each participant is held in a dedicated mentorship call—through birth story integration or exploration of the deeper layers of their work and direction.

The others listen, hold, and reflect—where insight emerges not through teaching, but through being seen and seeing.

Between sessions, optional reflections and practices support what is unfolding, gently woven back into our time together.

Four sessions

Across four sessions, each woman is given space to be met in her work.

One session at a time, you step forward into a dedicated mentorship call—where we follow what is most alive. This may take the shape of a birth story integration, or a deeper look at where you are in your work.

There is no fixed agenda.
We work with what is here.

The group witnesses.
They hold, listen, and reflect.

What unfolds for one, often speaks to all.

Each call becomes something we all learn from—not through instruction, but through what is revealed in the moment.

Assignments between classes (optional)

The work between sessions stands on its own.

You are invited into optional practices—writing from unintegrated parts, reflecting on myth, and noticing and embodying what is already here—not as an extension of the calls, but as a way of meeting yourself more directly, and allowing what is seen to take root.

This is where deeper awareness begins to form, and where integration starts to take hold.
