Private Mentorship
Private Mentorship
A space to be met, witnessed, and
gently guided back to what you already know.
What is Private Mentorship
This is ongoing, personalized support for mothers and birth workers who feel called to live and work in deeper alignment.
Together, we create a space where you can slow down, listen, and begin to integrate what you’ve lived—so you can move forward with more clarity, trust, and steadiness.
This is not a program to follow. It is a space that unfolds with you.
Over time, this work may support you in:
strengthening your trust in your body and inner knowing
untangling and integrating experiences that are still living within you
exploring what feels true beneath expectation, noise, and pressure
moving at a pace that honours your capacity and season of life
bringing more clarity into your parenting, relationships, and work
deepening your relationship to yourself and the way you move through life
How we work together
You don’t need to arrive with a clear agenda. We begin with what is present—whether that’s something specific, or a quieter sense that something wants attention.
Our sessions are 90-120 minutes, held online or in person in Squamish, BC.
Some sessions are rooted in conversation.
Some in slowing down and noticing what’s happening in your body.
At times, I may gently guide the session with a theme or direction, especially if you’re wanting support in deepening your experience.
Each session unfolds based on what is most present and what feels ready to be met.
Weekly Integration Support
Between sessions, you’re not left to hold everything on your own. You’re welcome to share a message or voice note (max 15 min) during the week via Telegram or email when something is present for you, whether that’s a reflection, a question, or a moment you’d like support with.
On Mondays, I offer one dedicated response; a steady point of reflection and support to help you integrate what’s unfolding.
This creates a rhythm of space and support, without needing to rush your process.
The reason I offer a once-a-week support day is that it encourages you to sit with things instead of immediately outsourcing, it creates a natural integration cycle (weekend → reflection → Monday support), and protects both of our time and energy by keeping our communication intentional and grounded.
What women often experience in this work:
A deep exhale—feeling met without needing to explain everything
A growing trust in their body and inner knowing
Clarity in situations that previously felt confusing or overwhelming
The ability to stay with themselves, even in difficult moments
A quiet but steady shift in how they move through motherhood, relationships, and work

About Rosie
My work is rooted in a deep respect for the intelligence of the body, the lived experience of women, and the transformative nature of birth and life’s thresholds.
I support mothers and birth workers in coming back into relationship with themselves—
their bodies, their experiences, and what feels true beneath the noise of expectation, pressure, and uncertainty.
This work is not about fixing or overriding.
It is about slowing down enough to listen, to integrate, and to move forward from a place that is more whole.
My path into this work has been shaped by both personal experience and professional training.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Swiss certification in Hospitality, which has given me a strong foundation in structure, sustainability, and the realities of building and holding work in the world—something I care deeply about supporting in birth workers.
Alongside this, I have trained and practiced in areas such as postpartum care, birth integration, and energy work. My work is also deeply informed by my own journey through motherhood, birth, and the ongoing process of living what I offer.
For birth workers in particular, I hold an understanding of the unique space you walk in—the tension between offering deep, relational care and sustaining yourself within your work.
Whether you are supporting others or navigating your own experience as a mother, this space is one where you do not have to hold it all alone.
At the heart of it, my work is about walking alongside you as you:
deepen your trust in your body and inner knowing
integrate experiences that are still living within you
find clarity in your parenting, relationships, or work
and return, again and again, to what feels true
Your Questions, Answered-
‘Weekly integration support (Monday response)’ means you can communicate between sessions via Telegram, with Rosie responding on Mondays.
This is not a back and forth, and in no way another session. It is there for extra support following the session, clarification of techniques or what has come up, etc.
If you use voice messages, please do not exceed 15 minutes in messaging.
-
Definitely. You can make changes to your membership anytime. You can also book a single additional booking per month, if that is all you are in need of.
-
Mentorships are flexible and can be canceled at any time. We will continue what you paid for, if applicable.
-
If Rosie is unable to make a session, either the session will be rescheduled, or a credit will be offered for future mentorship payments.
-
Sessions can be rescheduled as long as they are 48+ hours out from occurring. Less than 48 hours notice will see your session forfeited. Please reach out to Rosie to discuss your circumstances.
Private Mentorship may be for you if:
you feel a desire to slow down and come back into relationship with yourself
you’re open to exploring your experience, rather than being given answers
you sense there is more beneath what you’re currently seeing or feeling
you want support that honours your pace, your body, and your way of moving through life
you’re a mother or birth worker navigating the complexity of caring for others while staying connected to yourself
This may not be the right space if
you’re looking for quick answers or step-by-step solutions
you want someone to tell you what to do or how to do it
you’re not open to slowing down or being with your experience
If this resonates:
You’re welcome to reach out.
We can begin with a conversation and feel into whether this is the right kind of support for you.
