Through compassionate witnessing and embodied practices, I offer space to metabolize and transform your birth story — so you can move forward with clarity, connection, and trust in your own wisdom.
Below are the three ways we can work together:
Private one-on-one Integration
These private sessions are a tender space to explore your unique story — whether your birth was recent or long ago. Through gentle conversation, body-based practices, and guided reflection, we’ll unravel what still feels unresolved and invite healing to unfold in your own time.

In-Person Birth Story Circle (Monthly – Squamish BC)
A warm, welcoming circle for those who long to be witnessed in community. Each month, we gather in person to hear one woman’s birth story or birth debrief and open a space for gentle reflection, sharing, and connection. No fixing, no advice — just presence, truth, and the medicine of being seen.
When: Monthly, second Sunday of each month (with exceptions)
Where: Squamish BC
Length: 3 hours
Includes: Setting a safe container, grounding, information session, story sharing, group reflection, and integration activity, as well as a nourishing snack and tea

Online Birth Story Circle (New!)
Can’t join in person? This online version brings the same sacred container to Zoom — shorter in format but equally powerful. Each gathering includes one story (either a guest’s or a debrief session), followed by time for group reflection, resonance, and heartfelt witnessing.
When: starting June 29, 10.30am-12pm PST
Where: Zoom
Length: 1.5–2 hours
